So I’m creating this page to get me motivated into actually making the clock. I’m sure finding a good web-based clock script will be easy, but if you know of one that you think would be best suited for our purposes, please let us know in the comments section. The really hard part will be finding sound clips of all the time announcements. That’s where YOU come in!
If you ever hear a prank call victim angrily announce the time at a prank caller, come to phonelosers.org/clock and give us the URL to the show you heard it on and then the exact hour/minute/second in the show that it happened. Once I get enough of those to get this going, I’ll start putting shit together here.
I bet you’re asking yourself, “BUT RBCP, WHAT IF THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT CLIPS OF SOMEONE YELLING THAT IT’S 1:35 IN THE MORNING!?@?#” I’m glad you asked! Whenever we have 2 clips of the same time being announced, I will randomize the clips so that they both get played randomly. So please submit URLs/timestamps even if it’s a time we already have. There are 1,440 minutes in a day, so this clock has the potential to have at least that many prank calls attached to it.
