He apparently makes a habit of doing this to a lot of live news broadcasts. He always starts out by saying he was standing in his kitchen when he saw blah blah..then ends it with something hilarious!

That guy is awesome, but Captain Janks has been doing that same Howard Stern thing to news reporters for about 20 years now. I’m pretty sure it’s Janks because of the accent. If you search for Janks on YouTube you’ll find dozens of news reports where he does basically the same thing every time. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=captain+janks
I’ve heard you mention him a few times before this show, as well. I’ll definitely check him out tonight. That guy in the video I sent, though. He’s gotta be someones dad. And that ‘someone’ is the luckiest son or daughter on earth haha. He wears the same get up in every video he shows up in. Looking like a terribly aged uni-bomber.
I’m gonna watch all his videos.
