The BeverlyBot Show Episode 3 – Joseph At The Ambulance

BeverlyBot is an automated telephone machine that curses at you whenever you call her. She consists of a few dozen sound clips that play in sequence whenever you call into the system at 270-558-1710. She will wait for you to finish screaming at her before she starts talking crazy again. She’s based on the Double Wide Beverly prank calls that I put up on YouTube a few years ago. Soon after that I created the Asterisk-based bot, which is completely stolen from whoever created Lenny Bot.

The BeverlyBot Show is usually a live show of me clicking on random recorded phone calls that have happened with BeverlyBot. I have so many thousands of them, dating all the way back to 2021 and she’s still generating a lot of great clips today. I’ve been lazy about making shows lately, but here’s a brand new one, a mere 3 years after the previous one. In this episode, I don’t do it live. The whole thing is prerecorded so you don’t have to suffer along with me as I listen to all the unfunny Beverly calls. I’m not sure how I’ll do future BeverlyBot shows, but I do like how this one turned out.

As I mention repeatedly in this one, a few of the calls in this episode might be something you’ve heard already, possibly in episode 2. I wasn’t very organized with the files before, but I spent some time improving that recently. Don’t worry, though, there’s plenty of new stuff. Two of the calls were provided by The Despicable Dogs Show, which is a live weekly prank call show on PrankCast. Here’s a link to the full 33 minutes of audio from his second call, if you want to hear all of it. I bet his first call is somewhere on that channel too. That insane call from Joseph I found just yesterday, but it was an old call from 2021 or 2022. I kept waiting to hear the ending part, where Beverly glitches out and then announces that the person arguing with her is an idiot, but unfortunately, I hadn’t set that up yet, so Beverly just started repeating herself. Just imagine if Joseph had heard that part though. I wish we could know how he would have reacted to that.

The opening music in this episode is by The Tree Flushers, sometimes known as Vista Blue. They are awesome. The ending songs are presented by DJ Fish from Shady Pines Radio. Near the end, he mentions the artists names, if that’s something you need to know. If you don’t trust my robot to do your pranking, our friend Synthead has made a Beverly soundboard at shitbradsays.com/beverly.
