- Here’s Frankie’s full Oregon weather report. Legend tells me that shortly after my show, a weather station near me reported 91 MPH gusts. And my power DID go out twice during the show, but I was in the middle of calls when it happened, so I forgot to mention in. PLA’s Situation Room is hooked up to a UPS, and you hear it beep in one of the calls. I don’t know why my internet didn’t go out, though, since the modem is downstairs.
